Still looking for a class for fall 2024? NIU partners with Braven to offer the 3-credit UNIV 301: Leadership and Career Accelerator.
More than 600 Huskies have enrolled in UNIV 301 since it began in 2022, and space is available for the fall 2024 semester.
Students in the course:
- Create a professional portfolio, including a resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile.
- Build community on campus and in professional networks.
- Gain long-lasting support: When you complete UNIV 301, you can be paired with a mentor to support you through your academic and professional career planning.
Choose the time that works best for you. UNIV is offered at the following times:
- Section 0001: Tuesdays, 5:30–7:30 p.m. (online)
- Section 0002: Wednesdays, 5:30–7:30 p.m. (online)
- Section 0003: Wednesdays, 2-4 p.m. (hybrid)
Current students: Talk with your advisor and enroll in UNIV 301 via MyNIU during your course registration period.
New transfer students: Add it to your class schedule when you attend orientation.
