Huskie Trek Talks are back at NIU with another exciting opportunity for faculty and staff to showcase research, impactful programs and novel initiatives!
This unique experience elevates the hard work of our faculty and staff through storytelling and brings our community together by shining a bright light on the innovative Huskie spirit.
The deadline to submit your proposal has been extended to Sunday, Dec. 1. Don’t miss out on this opportunity! Those selected for Huskie Trek Talks will receive funding awards to directly support projects and select projects may also receive a graduate assistant.
Finalists will be chosen and notified in mid-December. Presenter coaching will take place in January and February in preparation for the Saturday, March 1, 2025 live event on campus.
Huskie Trek Talks is coordinated and produced by the NIU Strategic Development Team comprised of the NIU Foundation, the Division or Research and Innovation Partnerships, the Division of Outreach, Engagement and Regional Development, and the Division of Academic Affairs.
