Student success is a top priority at Northern Illinois University.
The Huskie Academic Success Center is available to NIU students, offering comprehensive academic services including tutoring sessions, writing assistance, academic skills development and additional services.
During the spring 2024 semester, the Huskie Academic Success Center is open for sessions from Tuesday, Jan. 16 to Thursday, May 9.
Schedule an appointment for help writing a paper, understanding course materials, developing study skills and more.
Along with in-person services, students can find helpful tips and tools online for their academic experience, plus practical strategies for success. This includes advice and guidance on time management, note-taking, weekly planning and numerous additional topics.
