You encounter many people throughout your life, but only a few leave a life-changing impact. Dr. Cefaratti is one of those individuals.
When I began this course, I felt lost and struggled to grasp the material. Everything changed when I started working on my first assignment and attending the professor’s office hours. I eagerly anticipated those sessions, not only to learn from her experiences but also for the opportunity to ask countless questions about accounting and potential career paths. I’m grateful that I took full advantage of that time, as it allowed me to learn a great deal from her. Before taking this class, my focus was solely on taxation. However, thanks to Dr. Cefaratti’s guidance, I can now say that if taxation isn’t my path, I’d be just as happy pursuing a career in audit and assurance. Thank you!
