Dr. Jim Ressler has been one of the most impactful educators on my journey. He saw potential in me from the beginning and continued to push me in the moments when I doubted myself. His encouragement during my ABL trainings, his honest feedback, and his challenge to think critically all helped me evolve into a more grounded, confident and student-centered teacher. He didn’t just teach me content—he taught me how to reflect, how to lead and how to believe in the educator I’m becoming.
He was and is my parent away from home, and I don’t know what I would have done without him. He is the best!
