I am so grateful to Dr. Winer for being the most inclusive, supportive, and admirable faculty member I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He extended his duties beyond the classroom to provide mentorship, professional development and research opportunities, and made me feel seen and supported in ways that have elevated my experience of being a student at NIU.
