Presenter registration for the Conference on Undergraduate Research and Engagement (CURE) is now open. This event, to be held April 28, 2026, gives NIU students an opportunity to present faculty mentored research, creative inquiry, artistry and community engagement projects through a poster session format, round table discussion or exhibit.
CURE is NIU’s annual undergraduate research symposium and culminating event for undergraduate research month. The event is open to students across all colleges and majors and the goal is to provide a platform for all forms of research to be valued, honored and celebrated. Students will receive feedback from judges and can receive a monetary award in their respective categories.
